Vending Booth Price: $232 per booth (We ONLY accept online payments for booths. Thank you!)

 

Booth Setup:

All booths include the following:

 

  • 10' x 10' booth area
  • 2 side chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • 2 Vendor Passes 

 

You may bring your own 6' table(s), or rent them from The Hyatt Regency - Wynfrey Hotel for $40 (this includes a cloth) or from Magic City Con for $14 (this does not include a cloth). If you choose to bring your own table(s), you must have them covered with a cloth. You MUST note on the form below what your plans are for tables.

 

Booths are NOT confirmed until payment is received. All booths are on a first come, first served basis.

 

If you need electrical, please let us know so that arrangements can be made in advance.

Event Requirements:

 

  • Passes are for Vendors and Staff use only and are not permitted to be sold.
  • Exhibitors may not rent or sublet their space without the express permission of Magic City Con event coordinators.
  • Vendors must occupy their space throughout all days of the convention.
  • Vendors can not expand into other booths or set up outside of their designated booth area.  This includes signage and displays.
  • Booth must remain reasonably stocked as able throughout all days of the convention.

 

 

Vending Registration:

 

  • Booth registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Booth placement is subject to Fire Marshal changes at any point.
  • Failure to comply with the requirements above may result in event suspension. 
  • Once a booth is designated for the Vendor there can be no changes or trades with other Vendors without prior consent of Magic City Con coordinators.
