MAGIC CITY CON 2017 ARTIST ALLEY IS SOLD OUT!

 

     Artist or Author Pop-Up Booths Available!

What is a Artist or Author Pop-Up Booth? It is a booth located on the main convention floor outside of the Dealer's Room. Pop-Up Booths must run the same hours as the Dealer's Room however, at the end of the night, there is no way to secure them since they are on the convention floor. You must be willing to take your items and secure them either in the Dealer's Room or your hotel room at the end of each day. We do include one table in the price of the Pop-Up Booth price. You must bring a cloth to cover the table with.

 

Artist or Author Pop-Up Booth Price: $107 (We ONLY accept online payments for booths. Thank you!)

 

Booth Setup:

All Pop-Up Booths include the following: 

 

  • 6' x 6' booth area 
  • 2 side chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • 2 Artist/Author Passes 
  • 1 6 ft. Table

The table provided does not come with a cloth. You must bring a cloth to cover your table! If you choose to bring your own table(s), you must have them covered with a cloth.

 

Pop-Up Booths are NOT confirmed until payment is received. All pop-up booths are on a first come, first served basis.

 

If you need electrical, please let us know so that arrangements can be made in advance.

Event Requirements:

  • Passes are for Artist Alley and Staff use only and are not permitted to be sold. 
  • Exhibitors may not rent or sublet their space without the express permission of Magic City Con event coordinators. 
  • Vendors must occupy thier space throughout all days of the convention. 
  • Vendors can not expand into other booths or set up outside of their designated booth area. This includes signage and displays. 
  • Booth must remain reasonably stocked as able throughout all days of the convention.
