ARTIST ALLEY FORM

Artist Alley Booths are only sold as singles. If you would like a double booth space, please consider upsizing to a Dealer Booth. This allows more Artists that would like to exhibit the chance to.

Artist Alley Booth Price: $156 (We ONLY accept online payments for booths. Once your form is received, we will PayPal invoice you. Thank you!)

 

Booth Setup:

All Artist Alley Booths include the following: 

 

  • 8' wide x 6' deep booth area 
  • 2  chairs (you may request more at no additional cost)
  • Wastebasket
  • 2 Artist/Author Passes 

You may choose to bring your own table or rent as many tables as needed from Magic City Con for a fee of $15 per table (due at time of booth purchase). You must bring a cloth to cover your table! If you choose to bring your own table(s), you must have them covered with a cloth.

 

Artist Alley Booths are NOT confirmed until payment is received. All Artist Alley booths are on a first come, first served basis.

 

If you need electrical, please let us know so that arrangements can be made in advance. 

 

***Payments on Artist Alley Booths are final and non-refundable. If you should have an unforseeable emergency, it is at the Vending Director's discretion to grant a space at the following years show using funds already paid.

Event Requirements:

  • Passes are for Artist Alley and Staff use only and are not permitted to be sold. 
  • Exhibitors may not rent or sublet their space without the express permission of Magic City Con event coordinators. 
  • Vendors must occupy their space throughout all days of the convention. 
  • Vendors can not expand into other booths or set up outside of their designated booth area. This includes signage and displays. 
  • Booth must remain reasonably stocked as able throughout all days of the convention.
