MASKS RECOMMENDED

Masks or shields that cover the mouth and nose are recommended but not required for ALL Attendees ages 11 and older, regardless of vaccination status or any other circumstances, inside The Hyatt Regency Birmingham-Wynfrey Hotel including the Dealer's Room, Guest Area, Panel Rooms, and Main Entry Level Areas.

Use of masks or other distancing methods at interactions with guests, including autograph and photo opportunities, will be at the discretion of the individual guests. Some guests may require that a mask stay on while interacting with them.

NO VACCINATION CARD REQUIRED

In accordance with the laws of the state of Alabama, we will not be checking vaccination cards.

KEEPING IT CLEAN

Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the venue, and surface cleaning will take place throughout the convention. Some guests and vendors may additionally be using plexiglass screens for additional protection, including during photo opportunities.

As a privately owned and operated event, we reserve the right to refuse service and/or eject anyone who refuses to comply with these policies. No refund will be issued if you are ejected for violating these policies.
